These healthy, fruit popsicles are full of probiotics thanks to kombucha. They are a perfect start to the day, or, a great snack throughout the day.
Peachy Probiotic Popsicles
- 3/4 cup mango kombucha
- 2 1/2 cups peaches (fresh, or, frozen that have been thawed)
- 1 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 4 Tbsp raw honey
- 1 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of sea salt
Directions:
- Put 1/2 cup kombucha, the peaches, 2 Tbsp honey, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt in a high powdered blender (like a Vitamix).
- Start on low speed, then turn the dial to high and blend until completely smooth.
- Pour into a quart-sized jar.
- Put 1/4 cup kombucha, the raspberries, 2 Tbsp honey, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt in a high powdered blender (like a Vitamix).
- Start on low speed, then turn the dial to high and blend until completely smooth.
- Pour into a quart-sized jar.
- Pour the popsicle mixtures into popsicle molds, layering the peach mixture and the raspberry mixture.
- Insert popsicle sticks. Freeze for 4 hours, or, longer.
