Crunchy, perfectly seasoned, and super easy to make— these Crunchy Beef Tacos are a win any night of the week!
Crunchy Beef Tacos
- 2 lbs. grass-fed ground beef (I like an 80/20 blend)
- 1 recipe of Taco Seasoning (recipe follows)
- Siete Grain Free Taco Shells
- Your favorite salsa
- Happy Hour Guacamole
- Your favorite toppings
Directions for the Crunchy Beef Tacos:
- Make the taco seasoning and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown your ground beef over medium heat.
- When the beef is about halfway browned, sprinkle the entire jar of taco seasoning all over the ground beef. Stir to fully coat the meat.
- Continue cooking until the ground beef is fully cooked (probably only 5 more minutes).
- Heat the taco shells according to the package instructions.
- Fill the taco shells with meat, salsa, Happy Hour Guacamole, and any other favorite toppings.
- Eat and Enjoy!
Taco Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp chili powder (recipe below)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp granulated garlic
- 1 1/2 Tbsp granulated onion
- 1 1/2 Tbsp onion flakes
- 1 Tbsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp pink, or black pepper
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
Directions for the Taco Seasoning:
Mix all the spices together in an 8 oz. jar.
Homemade Chili Powder
- 2 Tbsp paprika
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/8- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions for the Chili Powder:
Mix all the spices together in an 4 oz. jar.
