No Easter brunch or dinner is complete without Deviled Eggs. I add smoked salmon and fresh chives to my Deviled Eggs to make them a little extra special. These aren’t your Grandma’s Deviled Eggs.

Happy Hour Guacamole
Does this ever happen to you? It is dinner time. You are tired. EVERYONE is hungry and the hangry is rising.
When the hangry strikes and I’m not quite excited to start cooking, I pour everyone some kombucha or Tepache De Piña and make a quick batch of “Happy Hour Guacamole.”
Baba Ganoush
Baba Ganoush is a Mediterranean eggplant dip. Serve it with cucumbers, crackers, or pita bread as an appetizer. Or, serve it alongside Mediterranean chicken.
