Vanilla Bean Ice Cream is a summer classic. Simple and pure, this ice cream is the perfect pairing for cobblers, pies, floats, and sundaes. But don’t let the simplicity fool you. It is loaded with the perfume and robust flavor of vanilla beans and is perfect enjoyed all on its own.
Dijon Chicken
This recipe is a staple in our house. I have been making this Dijon Chicken and teaching others how to cook it for over a decade. It is not a lot of work and it has a big reward at the end.
You start by coating the chicken with a tasty mustard glaze. Then, you roast the chicken at a high heat for about 45 minutes. The result is a crispy, browned, flavor bomb exterior and juicy interior.
Chicken Tenders & Garlic Herb Fries
These chicken tenders have a little secret ingredient in the marinade- mayonnaise. The mayonnaise coats the chicken tenders and keeps them from drying out. You don’t taste the mayo at all, just tender and juicy chicken tenders bursting with flavor!

Happy Hour Guacamole
Does this ever happen to you? It is dinner time. You are tired. EVERYONE is hungry and the hangry is rising.
When the hangry strikes and I’m not quite excited to start cooking, I pour everyone some kombucha or Tepache De Piña and make a quick batch of “Happy Hour Guacamole.”
Spaghetti and Meatballs
These meatballs are warm, flavorful, rich, comforting, satisfying, and healthy– just what I want on a cold winter evening.
